sure your character can be for any game. The only thing is though is that I might not know what game that is and what the other characters look like...so that might not be a good idea. Unless you send me a link showing the video game's cover. Then that'll be fine! I'd really rather you make up your own character for your own game, just because it'd be easier for me to judge, but you can make it for a certain game if you'd like.
