This is it:Well I've always wanted to make a FMA Character lol. Well Here it goes.
Name: Naer Frost (Ice Alchemist)
Description: He has one arm, he is very nervous and hardly has control over his powers. Clumsy and breaks under too much pressure. Friendly and kind but ruthless and scary when angered. Short white hair with crystal Blue eyes. He uses the moisture and air around him to craete ice. He taps his chest with his right arm to use Alchemy without a circle. Unkown past for now. Mostly wears a blue scarf with long baggy pants and he has pale skin.

If you dont wanna use him its fine with me lol but ill be happy if he is used. Well if u want to know more just ask and ill think of something. :D
