Dream (page 1)

Hmm ... I wanted to draw this one scene that happens later in this sequence, thus this insanity was born. I really like this. Except for the first panel, which is boring. xD; But I love the second panel, and the third, and the fourth, and the fifth panel that isn't really a panel. The city in panel three is modelled after London (cobbled street with the little gutter) and the windows were modelled after the windows on a building across the street from my school, which struck me as being extraordinarily tombstone-shaped. That being a monument to how bored I get in math class, because my seat faced the window and that particular building happened to be visible. In the last panel ... I didn't like the way the eye on the right turned out, which is why there are strands of hair blowing across it.

But yeah. Psyn - who we see here - is dreaming. Hence the colour-changing outfit (it really is black, people) and the black space in between the panels. And the lack of dialogue. This whole manga will probably have one line of dialogue. Yesterday must have been 'kill your pens day' because that sure as hell must've been my ulterior motive when I decided to draw this.
