Mystreeon

Another new breed of Eeveelution, a Ghost Type this time. One of those ideas I'd had floating around in my brain for ages but never quite got round to doing... I thought about changing the name as rolla_roach has already designed an Eeeveelution with a very similar name. Hope you don't mind, Roach. :)
I can always change it to Spookeon or Spectreon or something. ^^

Description:Getting a good pictorial reference of a Mystreeon is tricky as they only come out at night as they can’t stand bright lights or sunshine – it makes their eyes hurt and debilitates them. They share quite a few behavioural traits with Misdreavus: they like to bite and yank at people’s hair from behind and laugh at their fear They also like to bristle their porcupine-like barbs to create terrifying shadow patterns on walls and floors. Despite that, they’re not really evil; they’re just incredibly mischievous. Strangely, the easiest way to distract a Mystreeon is to give it a Pokedoll: they’ll be quiet for hours.
Mystreeon also have some mysterious connection to the moon. Whenever the moon is full, they appear in droves atop desolate hills and mountains, where they sing to it in high-pitched, wailing screechy voices.
