New critter design, based on... er... cubes??
0.3 mechanical pencil, 0.1 drawing pen and felt tip markers. Background added with Ulead Photo Express 2. Comments welcome! :)
Cubiecub are small, jolly creatures with strangely squared-off edges. Their “corners” don’t hurt very much as they’re covered with a fine fuzzy fur. They have a hard time holding items and keeping up with anything faster than them because of their undeveloped front legs, but can still bound impressive distances with their powerful, kangaroo-like hind legs.

Yeah, except Cubiecub isn't two dimensional... it's hard to tell from that angle. :)I like origami but have never been able to make some of the more complex models...

Nice idea... I'm not sure what shapes I'll use... all I know is that the evolution needs bigger front legs. :)Thanks for the comment!
