Oreana, a water elemental in a book Bookworm369's writing. I know his description says that the elementals should look mostly human, but I couldn't resist the blue hair... ^_^
Gah!! The waves on the bottom of her dress and the shading on her corset-thing took ages...but it was fun, so...meh. =)
