Description
Basker is a member of the Covenant of Despair, the villains of my current story, GeneX - Knuckles the Echidna. Each member has a thirteen-pointed star on their uniform, but I blocked it here because I didn't feel like drawing it. Is Fera's pic on this site? That one depicts the star. I should post that.
Basker can control fear itself, making him a very difficult opponent to actually fight. His eyes are in a perpetual state of drowsiness, and also glow red for some mysterious reason. All in all, he's one of the creepier members of Despair.
