Experiment 7, Heather the Phoenix.
Since the last time I drew her, let's see...
She returned from the dead, was nearly used to power a super-weapon, had a reaction to being in proximity to Blaze (since in this canon, they both carry a form of Iblis inside them. It's convoluted), was captured by the Battle Bird Armada to power another weapon, and more recently participated in the Tournament of Chaos.
Her life's shoot. I gotta do something about that...
