In a move that probably baffled all my readers here, Ridley aka Experiment 12 became a police officer and Razor's partner.
He has water-based chaos powers and a much more loose attitude towards the law than Razor. It'll be a fun partnership for me to play with. Also, I think he looks good in the uniform.
