i just finished this...i used photoshop 7 to create this. i actually took a pic of me making a funny face, made it neon, put in some lens flares where the lamp and ceiling lights are, and voila! this, freaky looking, picture. i think its kinda kool. plz leave comments!

thats great work!...u turned it into like a neon collage or sumthing...i like it a lot :)
