Well,i havent been updating my account lately because I've been very busy or that I am lazy these days.Well,this pic is supposed to be City17 plaza in the morning near the train station.Well,almost close.This one is amde from MSPaint.I added some shadows to make some morning effect.I tried to make Breen's face as similar and at the same time cartoonish as possible.Well at least his clothings match.The street of City 17 is practically empty in the early morning at 7am I assume before Half-life 2 begins
