Well,technically all maplestory characters are chibified.
I drew this at school on my laptop during lunchbreak because I was bored and had no money to buy food.I used Fireworks.Come to think of it,if you draw a picture on fireworks in several parts,you could actually transfer the image onto flash and then animate it.I could probably do the same for my Bowman character now level 48.
