One of THE most evil villains from the show SWAT Kats, and one of my favorite villains of all time. Inspired from a scene in the show, Dark Kat holds up a detonator remote proclaiming "If I lose, EVERYONE loses", as he's wired the building he and the heroes are in to explode.
