Villainess Turmoil from SWAT Kats holding a gun. A gun that sorta resembles a power tool but... ^^; I have probs with weapons. XD The drawing was done at about '99 or 2000, and I found it among some old disks last year and decided to finish it. A few things are off as far as proportions, but I still like how she turned out none the less.
