Spiffy the HTF Neat Freak

Here's yet another HTF OC of mine :)
His name is Spiffy. He's a neat freak, so he would constantly clean whereever there is even a speck of dirt. He's allergic to most things (dust, pollen, feathers, redwood, some animals, lactose intolerant, ect.) Spiffy sometimes annoys people 'cause of his panic attacks and fear of dirt. His personality is a combination of Carl Wheezer from Jimmy Neutron and Samson from Camp Lazlo.
