OMG, I had to draw a cute kitty with a sparkly backround and pretty colors (Yep, I'm kinda a girly girl/tomboy except I hate skirts and dresses =P) Anyways, where was I? Oh, yes! The new kitty-chan. ^w^ Her name is Sparkly (suggested by PillowTulip) NOT a HTF or CL OC. She is my very own creation :D
