HEY!!! i totally disagree with that first comment, that was uncalled for and spiteful.
i think it DOES look like him, a little, and it's good for a first pic! heath ledger is hot.
i like the way you've done his hair, and the outlining brings it togather somewhat. some tips for improvement: maybe more detail in the eyes, i think there is a tutorial on eyes on this site somewhere, and maybe you could define the face shape and features more with shading. for the mouth, maybe try a closed mouth [notice i always draw closed mouths becaus i can't draw teeth...].
