i'll color this eventually but yeah it's from my favorite movie from the 80's called The Last Unicorn it's so good i love the artwork it's so pretty and i hear they are doing a remake of it soon but anyways some extra news even though it has nothing to do with the pic i thought PIENEMIEN AND OTHER KYO FANS WOULD LIKE TO KNOW SOMETHING just so i got their attention i found out some stuff on the voice actor and guess what! Jerry Jewell does

*glances up a few comments* Yep, Kenny Loggins did a cover of the theme song, but America's the group that sang the songs for the movie.

Ah, I loved The Last Unicorn so much as a kid... The book was excellent too. Lovely picture - this is quite nicely done. Sure brings back the memories...

uhmm first of all thanks for the comment, 2nd the spiral part can't be helped i took a picture of it with a camera i didn't have a scanner back then and 3rd America sings the theme song...

this is awesome! i think that you should erase the spriral notebook wire though... i loooove that movie i got the song for it(song is: the last unicorn by kenny loggins) and i listened to it over and over to the point that it got over heated in the tape player and now it won't play anymore *sigh* oh yeah and if you color it, wont it still look the same (after all she has white everything!) lol GREAT JOB!!!

i have the unicorn one our hottopic doesn't have the Amalthea one we only have the one with her as a unicorn and then the website has one for guys

That's so good!! I love the last Unicorn. You can find t-shirts of it at Hot Topic. I have the one where she is in her human form. Couldn't get the unicorn one *sigh*.

EEEEEE! I LOVE that movie! ^^ It's my favorite cartoon of all time. I've seen it so many times... I can quote most of it word for word. 
 
I knew about all the voices of Jerry Jewel already. ^^ Doesn't he have an awesome voice?! All I had to do was cover my eyes while the charcters were talking and I could recognize it. That's all I need to do to recognize VAs.

I LOVE THAT MOVIE!!!!!! I was born in 1980 so when I was like 4-10 I watched this movie like 50,000 times a day. ^^ Great pic, so pretty!!!!!!!

Haha I was not even alive yet in the 80s so I have no idea what you are talking about. (Juli= just another of the annoying kids on FAC). Anyways, it's a really lovely picture, I love the neatness consistency of the lines and especially the way the hair and horn look. I look forward to seeing the colored version, but for now, I'll just save this to my favorites.

aww i remember that movie, it was my first anime-like cartoon. i watched it and i thought of the ending as very sad (WTF ARE U DOING U STUPID dog U WAS SUCH NICE HORSE AOSIFJASF) piccie perfect.

lol what was the point of that?? i was just pointing since i like kyo and so does kiki and others about the other characters he does haha but thats cool to know although i'm a bigger fan of Megumi Hayashibara when it comes to women in japan and im also a big fan fo Seki Tomokazu and Kappei Yamaguchi so im not to familiar with Ogata since i haven't watched any of those in japanese yet
