This is Hikaru from D=out, a visual-kei band.
i just found them about a week ago and i freaking love their music! especially the video "Sunrise." i'm pretty sure this is the outfit and hairstyle Hikaru wore in that video. his hair is so orange and lovely lol.
i don't normally like the super girly members, but he was fun to dry and draw. i used referance from a photo of course, i may never be able to draw realistic things without them o.0
