Seeing Red

Um... it's always awkward submitting your first picture on a new site. ^^'


Well, I'll introduce this guy to begin with. :) This is Furamu, and he's the main character to my manga called 15Elements. Hehe, kinda funny that this place is called 'Fanart Central' and my first picture is of one of my OC's xD If I read the FAQ correctly though, you are aloud to submit other things that aren't fanart? If not, then please tell me

Anyways... I'll go onto the original description:


H'okay. So the other day my friend showed me this song called 'Animal I have Become' by Three Days Grace and I didn't like it at first, but I listened to it a couple more times and started to like it. Ever since I've been addicted to the stupid song!! @.@ It's driving my crazy.

So then I just had to go do a picture based on the song. I was thinking to do Psychic at first... But I rememberd I'm trying not to draw so much of her anymore. AND OMFG LOOK WHO GOT DRAWN INSTEAD!!! 8D Furamu!! The poor guy is the main character and I only drew him a couple times last year and once so far this year!!! X3


I can't say anything 'why' in this picture, or else it would give major spoilers for the third saga of 15Elements. The picture itself is probably bad enough. ^^;


I tried to do a more cel-shaded style for this one. I know it's not entirely cel-shaded, but I like this style better than painting style. My paintings on PS look messy.

The flames are supposed to be twirling up his arms. Not sure if you could tell or not. But Photoshop decided to screw with my head and delete the parts of the flames that were touching his arm.


And I know the left arm and hand is basically screwed up. I didn't know how to fix it.
