Okay, I'll start saying what I think is wrong with this pic: his head looks a bit too big comparing to his body, his hand is too far or his arm is too close, and it's a little bit hard to see where the neck stops and the body begins.
But the things that are good: his expression, the kanji's (certainly the one on his coat O_O), the foldings, the feet and the katana.
There are more good things then bad things. So don't think you suck! You are very good. Let us not forget that you are the one who teached me how to draw anime :)
