[ MS Anime Person ]

I was bored today so I just opened up MS Paint and started drawing, and it ended up being this, I don't usually post my art on Paint, but I thought this was pretty good so I uploaded it. All of the drawing and coloring was done on MS Paint, including the eye, but the text was done in Photoshop because I had to save it as a JPG and my Paint won't let me for some strange reason, so I had to bring it into Photoshop, that's how I got the crazy effects, lol. What do you guys think of it?
