Ayla to friends, Zach to people who pretend to be friends, and the youngest of the Eos brood to everyone else, Zachariah Ayla Eos leads a lonely life in the shadows of his siblings. He stumbles along, trying to find purpose-- ANY purpose-- to his life, and eventually joins the a group of rebels, having been scouted out by Duv Sheridan-- Inkheart-- as another person willing to destroy EosCorp. And Ayla IS willing; he has always hated his father and older brother, hated the way smog hangs low and kills everything, hated that he was never seen as his own person.<br />
