My Pet Dog Rio as a Pokemon

~~I was randomly chatting to my sister and my dog was just lying down sleeping and we had a crazy idea that I should try to draw him as a Pokémon and also wondering what type he would be too XD (My dog is a whippet)
I did thought he would be a Normal and Dark type but that becomes four times weaker to fighting though XD
the move set too, and some was a joke.

extreme Speed

tail whip(joke)
Bounce (Joke)
what type do you think he should be?? and what move set?
