Judgment of the Peacemaker

//Once weightless wings settled in relief upon his landing to the freshly stirred Earth, throbbing and stiff, weary from flights and falls alike. How they lay waste around him, brothers all, villains and heroes whose names, strung out in the dust, no longer registered. Such previous intensity countered his once impassive expression and tone of voice, raspy mutterings only a prequel to a louder, unspoken anger.

"Here I assure you, after such a waste, no one will leave as the victor."

Wide, glazed eyes could only peer up at him in terror.//

Anyway, here's an art-swap piece for my forever artistic rival. She requested that I draw her a winged male elf with shoulder length hair and dragon-talon feet. Medieval era clothes and an irritated expression were a must.

And the rest, well, my imagination filled in the gaps. I like his staff thing, though.
