This started as a quick doodle I did on this awesome piece of paper I found at school with this rainbow border. that border is part of the paper. :D And it was just a quick chibi doodle, that I outlined and colored in with prismacolor coloring pencils. I like this pic. I think it's one of my better Chibi drawings. Please comment!!!
