Project Gotham: Greed

Here is another installment of me redesigning Gothamcity villains,

I've titled this one "Greed" because....well... I don't see him as much as "envy" considering he has alot of what a guy would want, but just wants more.

Anyway, he keeps to the umbrilla-based weapons, in this case, profiteering off of illegal weapon smuggling by disguising them as umbrellas, then selling them to gangsters and street gangs. He also still does the trained-bird shtic so he can smuggle messages and small drugs.

Basically, same Penguin, new look; the unibrow gives him the look of a rockhopper penguin
