Kaizar Von Ohmar

Here is another one of my OCs, Kaizar Von Ohmar. He is an artificial ghost created by Technus during WWII. Unlike most artificial ghosts such as Skulker and Skulktech, Kaizar was created as an artificial ghost with human emotion, but he became a peace loving ghost who became strongly opposed to violence after he nearly killed Technus, but when he realized what he was about to do, this gave the master of all things electronic and beeping to escape. Since then, Kaizar has been residing quietly in the Ghost Zone, doing historical research and creating all forms of artwork that he can think of. 
 
Like Spectra, he can feed off of misery to maintain his youth, but he only does such a thing so the being he is feeding off of doesn't have to suffer through the miseries that person is going through.
