i think she looks beautiful her hair should have to type of shine that makes the colors Seem soft and delicate its a good picture though nicely drawn

There's something about the eyes that I really like. I'm not sure what it is. But it's definitely a plus. A nice composition.

I am, however, not sure what it is you used to render the shines in her hair. It's a bit...distracting (if that's the appropriate word to use) and takes away from the beauty of the hair. You should utilize the use of a more subtle technique for the shine.
