Oh wellxD.
Um she wanted me to draw her just a randome pic of a Girl with a neon shirt on and some Black pants xD.and so when she meant Neon..i just went overbored xDDDD.
so i added some glowysticks and added my Chara Cat Fred x333.
well he likes glowyness and Neon.so why not put in in there =3.
i did hade alot of fun with this and even though it took so freakin long i am sorry that it took so freakin long. i was waaaaay to busy with School @.@.
But finally i got it done and Know i jus gotta Countinue what I have to do Know xD>
