Ok, second request out of three concerning Yu-Gi-Oh + OC characters.
Alley (Alleycat17's OC) and Jaden drinking in the same cup. Nothing much new was practiced since my last two drawings, though I did try to put a supplementary shading in the hair.
I've had some serious problems with the outline, so some details might be off. I'm just glad it's over now. ^^' So here you go, Alley. 'hope you like it.

I... don't quite know how I should answer to that. Sorry to hear that, I guess ? ^^'
Observation, reproduction of what you think is missing in your drawing, and a lot of patience to get the details right into place is all I can suggest to you if you want to get better.
- Observation makes you learn "standards", showing how things should be done in a general way. It leads to reproduction.
- Reproduction is about determining what you want to be able to make after observing other arts. It's about integrating things you've seen and liked in other people's art and assimilating it in your own style. When I say I try to improve in every new drawing I make, it's about this step : your observations made you realize what you want to be able to do ? Then do your best making it now !
Last part is the hard, not-fun one. The one that gets me to work a month to achieve a drawing. It's actually making it with all your sweat and efforts. Doing things you want to do is hard. If your result isn't up to your expectations, it's up to you to realize what's wrong and... to remake a chunk of your drawing if you have to. I personally to a hand-drawn version and adjust as many details I can when I draw the digital version over it. About a month of work every time. ^_-
This said, let's both try and continue learning, shall we ? ^^
