Sailor Chibi Neptune

This is one of the adopted twins of Haruka and Michiru. This is Hope a.k.a Sailor Chibi Neptune. She and her twin sister were found in a basket outside the door of Haruka and Michiru's chambers at the palace. Years later when Chibi Neptune was in a battle she recieved help from a woman. She found out that this woman was her mother and Michiru's sister during the time of the Silver Millenium. Her father was Haruka's brother. When the Dark Kingdom destroyed the Moon Kingdom the twins' mother begged Queen Serenity to let the twins live. So Queen Serenity sent them to 30th century Crystal Tokyo to be raised by Michiru and Haruka.
