Cute pic! If you want some constructive critizism...I hate giving it out, cuz I always feel bad, but I just have a couple of things. In the manga, their necks are drawn like you have here, but in real life the back of the neck is drawn from the back of the head and they curve in a little. But this is a style preferance, of course. Also, I think Usagi's right foot needs more of her ankle, like the way you did Rei's left foot. This is an adorable pic! It's lovely :) I'm not trying to be mean, or insulting.(I get nervous when I put out critizism o_o;) I don't think the coloring's messed up at all, it looks nice!
