I drew this as a practice piece for drawing females, since I still don't have a good idea of how to draw one from scratch. So I drew one from a picture I found on Google. I guess I'm not too fond of drawing women, to be honest. Perhaps I'm just not good at it, or I can't really find a woman that I want to draw. I did like the Galadriel that Cate Blanchett did, so that's why I drew her.

Love it! And I can imagine how much of a pain that must have been to do. I'm always trying to avoid drawing people with long hair or wings if I can help it. The hair is just such a hassle, takes forever! I was reading the 666 spiritual meaning and apparently there's some deep symbolism there with angels. After learning about all that spiritual meaning, I decided to draw one of those angels with wings and hair all over the place. Props to you for sticking with it, that's some real artistic dedication right there.

Cool! Way good sketching my friend. You should do it more often!
Yes I liked Cate Blanchett as Galadriel too. As for practicing drawing girls, I think you did pretty well for a first time but it's more than just the face you know. The difference in body shape and mass is pretty substantial so next time if you're feeling brave enough then maybe you could draw the whole body.
I watched the new action movie "Dead or Alive" today and I really liked it. Lots of girl butt kicking action. I read that you liked computer games. What about "Dead or Alive?" That's what they said the movie was based on anyway; you know that game where you select your player and then you have martial arts sort of fights all over the place. There's usually three rounds or something and you can play by yourself or with a friend. Anyway, I don't know if it's got the same names or not but it had some pretty awesome female characters in it which you could look up and draw or something.
Anyway, just a suggestion. Have a great Christmas and New Year!
