I was really bored and the idea got into my head to draw Toku and I giving eachother makeovers... I was going to make Toku in make-up too, but I decided against it, heh.<br />
It took me so long to finish this pic! First, I spent a long time getting the shinies in the hair just right, and then the bg took me about three hours! I know it's kinda funky, but it's the first time I'v ever tried doing a bg like that. The entire bg is done in PSP7. Hopefully, if I keep practicing, I'll get better at them.
