SpasticPenguineI generally give out the tip of using the white colored pencil as Kotoko was so feverishly trying to tell you. It's useful for blending and smoothing out the colors, especially with prismas and crayola pencils. Another thing, which I noticed you did pretty well is that you should keep all your lines going the right way. It's hard to explain, but you can see in your hair that it goes down vertically, correct? You should make your pencil strokes match the strands of hair that are going to be there.
If you have any other specific questions, or on what I just said, just ask me in my profile and I'll do my best to explain. But, ah my coloring sucks so I can understand if you don't want help from me :D

Black_BreezeA good way to get rid of the graininess is to circluate the pencil strokes. I never done it myself, but that was a tip I got from a very good artist, and her coloring is very good. You can also try the very trendy colorless blender, but just smudging it can get rid fo the graininess too.

Anyway, you really just have to play around with it. :3

Wow, sexy nurse! All the buys must be drooling... XD

Pabbit_da_RabbitPretty!

Actually, my art teacher said that pencil and colored pencils are better on the rough side of the paper (the paper we use in art class is rough on one side and smooth on the other) and pen/ink should be used on the smooth side. I believe this is what she said. I will have to ask her again.

Try to add a little more shading, but I really really love the pose . I myself am not great with colored pencils. (I lost my $30 Prisma colored pencils at school!!! NO! XO)

zakumanHeh...yeah there's something about nurses. Why are they a staple for hotness. Gotta be cause they care ;) (boy am I ever cheesey tonight). Anyway, she's a beaute.

Tips on color pencil. Hmm, well I kinda suck with them. But I'll try and shed some light on what I do know. A) They're not as easy as one would think they are (to use). B) I think the paper plays a huge role in how the final product comes out (Personally I think the smoother the paper the better. Unless you like the texture).

The hair looks good, but in the flesh areas I can see a bit of un-smooth coloration. I'm not rankin' on ya. I have the same exact problem. Maybe try layering the color pencil, by building up light shades of the color. Bah... sorry I'm not much help.
