Description
A character from a notebook from 2003 @_@ So, her name's Hikara (I think) and I created her a veeeeeeery long time ago. Anyways, I actually colored this LAST night, but PSP 8 was being a real dog, and so I had to shut it down without saving. It's even more irritating that I was finished with the picture when this problem occurred -_____-; I know that from her neck to her chest it looks a little weird, but I'm happy with this otherwise ^^
