you can resize your picture in paint shop pro 7:)<br />

ya sooo cute! u can resize it on photoshop by clicking one of the things on the top bars grr.. forget which one.. and on the menu theres image size which is right about canvas size. Click image size and itll show up with a box that measures the pics size in pixels inches etc. i find pixels to be the easiest. Replace one of the numbers for hieght or sumthin and the other numbers will automatically resize so as not to distort the pic. Then just save and ure done! email me if u hav questions bout this :)
