Ojamajo Doremi Rebound! concept sketch

Thought I'd post it here too since this account has been seeing some neglect. Has anyone seen Wreck-it Ralph and Rise of the Guardians? I did today, and both movies were awesome. I even jumped out of my chair during the ending credits of Wreck-it Ralph because Sugar Rush theme sounded Japanese. (Quote: "Japanese music in an American music!!" That was before I figured out the singer just sounded Japanese  due to her accent. Should've turned the subtitles on before I jumped.)

I'm not going to mention how frustrated I was while scanning and editing it. Nope. Oh wait, I just did... never mind I'll just rant.

Something I sketched earlier this week while I had two days of free time in art. I managed to finish the project early, so yay for that too.

The sketching was easy. Getting it on the computer and editing it? Not. Easy. Especially considering that I had to re-scan it about 5 times and then the editing. The stupid scanner cut a few parts off for some reason. Might've been the resolution, but I'll check that next time I use the scanner... if I ever do.

Just all the arghs. Just. Argh.

On the other hand, what is the drawing for? Well, remember this [link] pic? I decided to redesign the heck outta this thing, and this is what happened. Redesign was because it was too plain and didn't follow the 'outfit-gets-more-complex-each-season' rule, so I changed it up. Of course, this is like the 5th/6th one I remember doing, so... heh heh, might want to upload the other ones if anyone wants to see them.

The second reason is because I want to renew my old fanfiction, "Ojamajo Doremi Soul" because I never got anywhere with it, added too many useless characters, it has nothing to do with "souls", and it sounds like a crossover between Ojamajo Doremi and Soul Eater. Not that it wouldn't be cool, it's just that I never realized that until I had read the series. (It's good, but rated 16+. Just a warning to anyone looking to read into it.)

So, the name of the new fanfiction I plan on writing? ... Ojamajo Doremi Rebound! Why? because, well, they're returning and stuff, so I thought it would be a cool name.

Ok, so about the drawing itself, I guess... The name of the tap is the Spirit Tap because I couldn't think of anything else plus it sounds cool. The reason why they're either black- or white-centered is for spoiler reasons. A certain person whom I asked for permission to use a concept from might know why. (Sorry, person. Just thought I'd mention it.) Aaaaand the one other thing I like about this pic is that there's a wizard outfit! Yes, it's not just a pants version, but a wizard outfit! And I love it!

Why a wizard outfit? Well... How many Ojamajo Doremi FC/OC male+wizard with an awesome wizard costume have you seen? Plus I thought the gender-bent outfit would be cool... I've already drawn it, but I need to redesign them because I don't feel they're original enough. Might post those though (it also has an earlier 'Soul!' outfit redesign I mentioned).

And one last thing about the pic... the wands are present in the picture. It's on the wrists of the wizard outfit concept. Not that you can see it, but just thought I'd mention it. Might want to post a pic of that, too...

Well, I guess I'm done. Oh wait: can anyone tell what I edited? You might not be able to, but eh. I think I gave away one part of it. The question now is, can you find the other one? Just thought that it would be something to mention once again.

Now I'm going to quit because I need to get food. Man this took a long time to type.
