I'm almost done reading The Opal Deception and I had to draw Artemis Fowl again ;) I have an old ugly drawing between the pictures I already published and I couldn't stand it anymore - I had to do something better - which was easy lol. A simple portrait :)<br />

I agree with YukimuraSanada, he looks like an adult.
I think that's because of... actually, there are a few things, the first being that his eyes have the bottoms drawn up instead of the top making a gentle slope down, like they usually do. This also makes him look more evil, which I think you were going for, but it's onl part of the adult look, so hang with me, please.
Another thing is the lack of any chipmunk cheeks. I don't know how else to say it. XP His cheeks are pretty straight, which is fine for someone nearing adulthood or in it, but Artemis is only 14.
And then there's his nose, which is somewhat pointed when it should be rounded. The large expanse of forehead adds to the confusion. A pretty straight jawline finishes it off.
These aren't things that HAVE to be changed for him to look younger, just things that add up. For all I know, you wanted him to look old. In which case, good job. o.o You did well on the picture either way. Especially with the coloring. ^_^
I actaully think you did really good on his nose, cheeks and jaw, but for the character it looks off is all. Love the eye color. O.O Pritty.
