Well I made another for the contest and this time its a legendary! ^^

First 5 Attacks: Hyper Beam, Aireal Ace, Fly, Feather Dance, and Roar

Other Info: This legendary dragon lives deep in a cave called " Star Cave" and it will only show to those who are kind of heart and gentle to pokemon.
It's color is sky blue with white horns, feathers,belly,and claws. It's markings are a bright yellow and its eyes are a gentle silver and the orbs are the colors of the rainbow. *now you know why I didn't color it*
