Yeah its Kotoni in her evil form, she gets like this on full moon nights and it can last to the next night.
In this form her fangs,claws, and feet burn like fire, thats why theres brown under her paws for dirt and the lines are heat.
Her eyes also turn red and get a silver pupil and her fur changes to differant places as well, and you don't want to fight her becouse she can burn away fur,mussle, and flesh from her victums.
