by using a puppet or simple chapes you can easily draw a human body

then you combine the chapes devide the head for the mouth, nose and eyes
the eares have to be at the same height as the eyes and nose.
you can cover the ears if you want with her hair.
dres her an delete the lines that don't belong there, and now you can put it in color or use a black pen and put it afterwards in color by using pencils, or a computer program or paint.
