Broken and Faithless

Well, I wasn't exactly sure what I was going for here. Her hair was actually going to be a doodle and I saw hair...I took it from there and made a face and turned that into a woman. Im a beginner artist so I wasn't sure how to make this look. Im trying to show a woman here, giving up and hopeless....shes pondering what she should do with herself. As you can see if you look at her elbows and knee joints...she is being torn away from her dimmension. She has 2 choices...stay and become a hideous looking creature or leave behind her loved ones and start life anew in another world.
