Just like Stacy, Tulip comes from a mutated-human-species. She is a human and butterfly combined.
She is mostly found in her gardens, singing to her flowers, watering them, and generally taking care of them. She loves to meet new friends and flying high above the clouds.
She's always very happy, it seems.
