Venom and Zato-1

It's been a while since I submitted anything, so let's rock.

I'm a new fan of Guilty Gear and right now I've just played GGX (I want X2 but that's beside the point). From the moment I established my two favorite characters, Venom and Zato-1, I totally became suspicious of their relationship. Now I'm not entirely sure if it's true that they're together but I know a guy who swears it, so meh.

It's nearly impossible for me to find anything besides SolxKy fanart, so here I go drawing something with Zato and Venom. I can't say it's anything more than slightly suggestive, but the idea is that they're supposed to look like they want to make out or something.

It was done on some paper from this nice art sketchbook, but my scanner couldn't bring out all of the color so I tried taking a pic of it with my trusty digital camera. Unfortunately though it made the fanart look a bit blurred.

I think Venom looks a bit more well-drawn than Zato does (by the way I call him Zato because it sounds cooler than Eddie and because technically Eddie is the shadow but I guess it doesn't matter), but I'm satisfied with it for the most part. Sorry, I couldn't think of anything for a background.

Oh and special thanks to a friend of mine for lending me a great colored pencil for Venom's skin. She knows who she is. =)
