I forgot what paint program I made this with, but it came with a $20 [and can I say SUCKY] digital camera. The program wasn't actually half bad, because I could edit sprites and outline, copy + paste things and alter ... *ahem* anyway... I'm rambling, heh...<br />

See if you can find the hidden message, muahaha... it's not too hard to find, O_o<br />
<br />
Don't ask how I made it look like a snowy TV, because even if I still had the program, I wouldn't be able to mimic that picture. O.o!
