Prodigy Blue

This is a character from an RPG campaign I'm part of.  It's a campaign called Necessary Evil, and everyone plays super villains.  This one is played by one of my friends, and his name is Prodigy Blue.  He's basically a Blue Pyromaniac.  I'm planning on writing about the episodes of our campaign here, so you'll get to know him much more later.
