Keychain Cory

It all started when I began coming up with ideas for my Kingdom Hearts fanfiction, Final Conflict. A handful of original characters were to be in it and for one particular character creation, I couldn't figure out how to do the character design. I had a specific look in mind but I was unable to conjure up anything that even remotely resembled what I wanted. Out of ideas, I decided to do a search on Kingdom Hearts fanart here on dA to see if an idea would click in my mind. Instead, I came across this drawing here, which was almost exactly the character design I was aiming for. I really wanted to use this character design so I sent the artist a note asking if I could use it. To my utter surprise, he actually said yes.

And hence was born Cory, a Keyblade wielder who has the ability to extend the keychain of Keyblades to indefinite lengths to vanquish Heartless and Nobodies, God of War style. I won't say anything more 'cause it would spoil the premise of my fanfiction.

And yes, that Keyblade he's using is my very own Darkfire Keyblade, so hand's off!
