I really like how this one came out.
Though I couldn't decide on a fitting backround I just messed around and made that one...Sucks, eh?!

Anyways!
My darling sister, Moog, drew a picture on DA called Popular and this is what follows.
Here's the story behind it:
Seifer and Hayner are dating and Seifer says he cant be seen dating an unpopular kid, so he says he's gonna make Hayer popular with a makeover! (There's where Wicked comes in)
So he gives him a makeover and here's what came of it!
